Finance CommitteeThe Finance Committee shall review all items related to the financial affairs of the District. No later than February 15 th of each year, the District Controller (or such other person as the Board may designate) shall present to the Finance Committee a mid-year budget review that shall include a budget-to-actual comparison with all appropriate detail required to support any variance included in the report. Most agenda packages contain the minutes from the previous meeting.
