The ARC facility may be reserved for use by groups, organizations, municipalities, water associations, water companies, governmental and non-governmental agencies, and other public entities by submitting a Reservation Request and Agreement Form. The facility is not currently available for use by the general public, individuals, private parties or commercial business. WRD retains the sole right to accept or reject a reservation request from any entity for any reason.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 

Do you have directions to the facility that can be provided to attendees?

We can provide a map of the facility along with driving directions, please contact jramirez@wrd.org to request this information.

Do you have materials available such as pens, paper, tape, plates, napkins, etc.?

We do not supply any type of materials. The facility rental has tables and chairs only, no additional materials are supplied.

 Do you provide water or coffee?

The district does not provide coffee.  Water stations located on the first and second floor contain bottle filling mechanisms with purified water and attendees are encouraged to bring their reusable bottles.

Do you have a room diagram available for this event space and set up?

Please contact jramirez@wrd.org for a room diagram and size capacity.

How many parking spots are available at ARC?

There are 113 parking spots and 5 handicap spots, subject to availability since we regularly have staff and visitors on-site.

Would you promote my event on your website?

WRD does not promote any non-WRD related events on their website.

Will there be staff sitting during the event to assist with needs?

WRD has 24-hour security (not staff). We do not have WRD staff on site that will assist with event needs, please jramirez@wrd.org regarding possible vendors that provide staffing at anadditional cost.

Are you able to provide a tour of ARC?

Tours are offered on select days of the month, to coordinate please contact Jackie Ramirez at jramirez@wrd.org

Do you have any catering vendors you recommend?

We can provide you with our list of preferred vendors. However, you can use any vendor of your choice, but you must provide us with the vendor’s liability insurance. 

Is there someone available to help clean up the space after my event?

Staff is not available on site to provide cleaning services, the room should be maintained by the renter. The room must be left in the same condition as it was found.

What if I need a presentation displayed?

We do not have a computer/laptop available for public use. Please bring your own plug-in device to display your presentation (we have plug-in adapters for laptops).
