Greg Black has over 35 years of experience working with utilities in the public and private sector. This includes executive management positions with responsibility for electric and water rates, transmission tariffs, cost of service, financial planning, budget, strategic planning, energy efficiency, water conservation and enterprise resource planning financial systems.
He has over 20 years of project management with responsibility for projects ranging from enterprise-wide budget systems to large electrical stations for large high rise buildings. He has also developed and conducted training programs, performed community outreach and spoke publicly on various utility related issues.
